You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled shift without incurring a cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of $75 applies for bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. To cancel a booking please email support@pharmflexrx.com using the subject "Cancel" . Be sure to include the name of your pharmacy and the date(s) for which you wish to cancel coverage.

Yes, you may book a pharmacist for as little as one 8 hour shift. 

We strive to accomodate requests for extended coverage, whether to support employee leaves or to assist during the hiring process. We also accommodate recurring bookings, such as weekly scheduling, to help support your operations during your busiest days. 

Yes, if you have a preferred pharmacist from our network, let us know. We strive to accommodate requests as availability allows.
